Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role focuses on designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions to enhance integration and connectivity across various platforms. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in MuleSoft technologies to drive impactful solutions in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain ensuring seamless API-led connectivity and integration.

Responsibilities

Design and develop MuleSoft solutions to optimize integration processes and enhance connectivity across platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for MuleSoft implementations

Implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft to streamline data flow and improve system interoperability

Utilize Mule Cloudhub for deploying and managing applications ensuring high availability and scalability

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations providing timely support to maintain system performance

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in MuleSoft development to maintain code quality and reliability

Develop and maintain documentation for MuleSoft solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends

Optimize existing MuleSoft applications to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing integration processes and propose innovative solutions

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain

Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Qualifications

Possess strong experience in MuleSoft Flow Design MuleSoft Integration and API-Led Connectivity

Demonstrate proficiency in Mule Cloudhub and API Mule showcasing ability to deploy and manage applications effectively

Have a good understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain enhancing integration solutions within this sector

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues

Show capability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts adapting to dynamic work environments

Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Maintain a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with MuleSoft advancements.
