Sr Designer Creative Lead

Role Overview: As a Creative Design Specialist III, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines. Your main responsibility will be to design and produce intricate digital and print assets for both internal and external purposes. By transforming information, messages, and concepts into high-quality assets, you will contribute to educating, inspiring, and accurately representing and promoting the brand. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, incorporate feedback, manage schedules and production milestones, and align with overall product and content releases. Your involvement will also extend to participating in the creation of new brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Create and develop complex designs and visual elements for digital channels, print materials, and multimedia assets. - Lead efforts in establishing and upholding the company's brand identity through design. - Collaborate with design leads, motion graphics artists, and video editors to manage production artwork and assets. - Manage workload, project tasks, and media assets to ensure the team's databases, processes, and storage systems are up to date. - Deliver designs that captivate the audience, leveraging current creative trends and emerging technologies. - Act as a subject matter expert for the design team and provide mentorship to team members. - Address complex issues independently with minimal supervision, escalating only the most challenging problems to appropriate personnel. - Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
