Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dermatologist to lead and mentor our dermatology team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical care, guide junior dermatologists and technicians, and ensure adherence to medical protocols and excellence in patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a range of dermatological conditions including medical, surgical, and cosmetic cases. Supervise and mentor junior dermatologists, therapists, and support staff. Conduct case reviews and ensure accurate, ethical, and evidence-based treatment protocols. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and disseminate best practices within the team. Support patient education and deliver a high standard of clinical consultation and treatment. Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies. Collaborate with management to optimize workflows, patient experience, and clinical performance. Qualifications: MBBS + MD/DNB in Dermatology (or equivalent). Valid medical license and registration (as per local regulatory requirements). Minimum 15 years of clinical experience. Proficiency in dermatological procedures (laser treatments, injectables, biopsies, etc.) is preferred. Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team management skills.
