Our Company is a leading software development company in the field of IoT, and we're seeking a highly motivated Sr. Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our project delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all software development projects, from inception to completion.
• Utilize Agile management methodologies to plan, track, and control project lifecycles.
• Implement and leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project health, identify risks, and measure team effectiveness.
• Conduct regular project reviews and drive daily stand-up meetings to foster communication and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address roadblocks.
• Develop and implement processes for resource allocation, workload management, and capacity planning.
• Analyze project performance data and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Recommend and implement tools and technologies to streamline project management and team collaboration.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in software development operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Manages the successful delivery of over $2 million annually.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and workflows.
• Expertise in utilizing project management tools and metrics for performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
