Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business operations, ensuring high performance and security. Monitor database performance and make recommendations for optimization and scalability. Perform regular backups, restores, and disaster recovery operations to safeguard data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss. Ensure data security and implement best practices for database access control. Manage database upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with developers to design and optimize database structures and queries. Automate database tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error. Provide on-call support for database issues and incidents. Conduct database health checks and implement measures to ensure the integrity and availability of data.
