Sr. Data Scientist

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and neural search technologies, you will be pivotal in the development and deployment of advanced data-driven models and systems. Your expertise and experience, along with a focus on shaping data products and services, will be instrumental in driving the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Machine Learning (ML) models tailored to meet diverse product requirements. - Analyze client data comprehensively to gain insights into data patterns and challenges. - Manage data modifications and monitor model performance consistently. - Enhance embedding and large language models (LLMs) to optimize efficiency. - Implement improvements in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. - Establish feedback mechanisms to enhance the performance of ML models. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in BTech/BE. - Proficient in Python, data structures, and system design. - Experience with NumPy and Pandas. - Familiarity with neural networks including CNN, GANs, CGAN, Transformers, RNN, and LSTM. - Skillful in fine-tuning embedding models such as SBERT and E5. - Proficiency in fine-tuning and quantizing LLMs using PyTorch/TensorFlow. - Understanding of NLP, recommender systems, POS tagging, and NER. - Proficiency in forecasting, classification, and regression techniques.
