Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLM Evaluation, and LLM Fine-tuning - Solid understanding of NLP concepts and familiarity with NLP libraries - Writing Python backend APIs using Fast API, Flask, or other frameworks - Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMs including Llama, BERT, and GPT based models - Demonstrating a self-starter attitude and intellectual curiosity - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey predictive analytics to non-technical audience - Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, data exploration techniques, and tools - Familiarity with observability tools, cloud platforms (e.g., OCP, AWS, Azure, GCP), statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data visualization techniques - Experience with Agile methodology and use of Atlassian products Jira and Confluence Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of Data Science or a related field experience - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries - Nice to have: Worked on multiple Gen AI projects, forecasting, predictive modeling, any Azure or AWS Cloud certification, experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts such as Infrastructure as code, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform - Mainframe knowledge is a plus BMC's commitment to its employees is centered around building a culture that values individuality.
