• Lead data science streams, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align business needs with data science solutions.
• Number of successful milestones completed on time.
• Value demonstrated to stakeholders through data science contributions.
• Identify trends in AI and food product development, leveraging

• Lead

  proof-of-concept

  projects to demonstrate the potential of AI in food development.
