Description
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern frameworks and tools Build data models and transform raw data into clean, usable formats for analytics and machine learning Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring Optimize data workflows for cost, performance, and reliability Document data flows, definitions, and technical decisions clearly and consistently Contribute to the evolution of data engineering best practices and internal tooling Qualifications: 4 6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related fields Proficient in Python or Scala and advanced SQL Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, DBT, or similar Familiar with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery) Solid understanding of ETL/ELT practices, data modeling, and performance tuning Exposure to data governance, cataloging, and security concepts Experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
