Sr. Customer Service Engineer

You will be joining Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd., a company dedicated to providing high-performance advanced medical imaging, radiotherapy equipment, life science instruments, and intelligent digital solutions globally. Your role as a Customer Service Engineer will involve collaborating with the UIH India local customer service team to deliver after-sales service for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining equipment professionally in line with company standards and customer requirements. You will be responsible for: Supporting the installation of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites within a designated product range. Working closely with the Customer Care Center at regional and headquarters levels to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated product modalities under supervision. Participating in service training courses and obtaining the UIH Professional Certificate to enhance technical assistance to customers. Escalating situations affecting customer satisfaction and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled. Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisors. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related science major. You should be familiar with the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT, MR, PET, etc. Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and Networking Infrastructure is required along with the ability to identify and troubleshoot faults in the field. Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills are essential, as well as a teamwork spirit and flexibility to work varied hours and travel. The base location for this position is in Hubli, Pune, or Delhi. Key competencies for this role include system installation, configuration, debugging, troubleshooting, and spare parts replacement.,
