Sr. Customer Engineer - Existing Installation

As a Sr. Customer Engineer - Existing Installation at Schindler India, your role involves working with the Connectivity team to enhance the quality of urban life by ensuring the smooth functioning of elevators and escalators. Here are your key responsibilities: - Ensure NCM process execution, including identifying affected units, performing remote analysis, attempting remote resolution, dispatching service technicians, escalating issues, and documenting activities in NCM tracker. - Monitor incompletely or wrongly commissioned units, contribute to improving diagnostics of connectivity-related issues, propose new/improved solutions, and recommend enhancements to existing revival jobs. - Offer guided tours through TOC to customers and internal stakeholders, collaborate in a global network of Technical Operation Centres, and work with global departments to onboard new products and services. - Provide technical support to digitalize the maintenance portfolio, resolve issues with non-communicating devices, monitor the connected portfolio, and support the implementation of new digital services and products. - Support KG readiness to adapt to market and regulatory changes, review and improve hints provided to resolve symptoms, and be part of Schindler's digital journey towards predictive service delivery. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in working with connected devices within an IoT environment. - Ability to provide clear instructions and training in Dutch and French to maintenance and repair technicians, knowledge of Schindler telecommunication systems, and technical knowledge of elevators/escalators. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and improve quality through data, proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP, language skills in Dutch and French, with English communication as a plus. - Willingness to travel to job sites (10-20%) and advocate strong values of quality and compliance.
