  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, globally.
  • Analyze and resolve customer concerns through active listening and research.
  • Log cases in the system and communicate resolutions to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with primary contacts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, consistency, and effective project management skills.
