Key Responsibilities: - Design and Development: Responsible for developing high-speed and low-power Custom Circuit Designer, such as Memory and FPGA Fabric Designer, utilizing advanced semiconductor technologies like FinFET and nanometer CMOS. - Simulation and Verification: Conduct schematic capture, SPICE simulations, margin and functional verification of major circuit blocks. - Layout Planning: Oversee layout planning ensuring tight pitch-matched memory layout and area optimized custom layout. - Collaboration: Work closely with architecture and design teams to define Performance, Power, Area (PPA) and yield targets. - Full Design Flow: Manage the entire design flow, including circuit design, physical implementation, compiler usage, characterization, timing, and model generation. - Innovation: Bring innovative ideas to life, influencing various aspects of FPGA designs. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Experience: Over 8 years of experience in memory and custom circuit design, verification, validation, and integration. - Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of custom memory design, high speed, low power, and custom circuit design. - Expertise in high-performance and low-power design techniques. - Familiarity with variation-aware design in advanced semiconductor technologies. - Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
