Sr. CRA I - Mumbai Location, Client based

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Sr. CRA I in Mumbai.

• Conduct site monitoring visits according to protocol requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve study objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investigators and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials.
• Prepare and submit reports on study progress and findings.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
