Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counselor to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in counseling or a related field, with a strong background in education.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic and personal matters.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to support student success.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and address student needs.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
