Sr. Content Writer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Content Writer to work and manage our in-house content team. The ideal candidate must have excellent command over English, proven experience in leading small teams, and the ability to leverage AI tools for content creation.

Familiarity with video content production and editing processes is a strong plus. This role is based out of our office in Crown Plaza Mall, Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of content writers and creators, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Oversee the end-to-end content creation process across written, digital, and video formats.
• Edit, proofread, and review content to maintain accuracy, creativity, and brand voice consistency.
• Leverage AI tools for content ideation, drafting, editing, and optimization while maintaining originality.
• Collaborate with design, and video teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure smooth coordination in projects involving video scripting, content adaptation, and basic editing workflows.
• Track deadlines, team productivity, and content performance against KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content creation or related fields.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal) with excellent editing and grammar skills.
• Prior experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools for writing, editing, and productivity.
• Great attention to detail.
• Exposure to video content creation processes (scripting, editing basics, or production workflows).
• Should have good design sense.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Prompt engineering – ability to write effective prompts for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copy AI, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.) to generate high-quality output.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
