Office Admin Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office located at Crown Plaza Mall, Sector 15 A, Faridabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of office processes, maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate with vendors, facility management, housekeeping, and IT support.
• Assist in basic accounting entries, petty cash handling, and bill payments.
• Maintain records and documentation, both digital and physical.
• Support in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; additional training in office management is a plus.
• Freshers are most welcome
• Should be able to read and understand English
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet research
• Comfortable driving two-wheelers and four-wheelers
• Professional attitude and appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
