Sr. Consultant - ServiceNow

As a ServiceNow Technology Lead at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and enhancing competitiveness by leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering and documenting user, process, and technical requirements - Mentoring a team of ServiceNow Consultants on implementation, administration, and support engagements - Hands-on development of the ServiceNow platform - Leading the team in making changes to the user interface, system properties, integrations, data migrations, reports & dashboards, and workflows - Facilitating the roll-out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow - Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions to clients - Conducting system and integration testing with sample and live data - Monitoring application health, usage, and compliance - Mitigating development and technical risks while contributing to the Agile process - Providing daily supervision and direction to support staff - Documenting solutions in a client-friendly manner Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - 6+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow administration, development, and implementations - Experience in leading ServiceNow projects and offshore teams - Proven expertise in conducting requirements gathering workshops - Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and platforms - Relevant certifications including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 foundation YASH Technologies provides an inclusive team environment where you can create a career path aligned with your goals.
