Job Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
Design and configure financial processes aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
Develop financial reporting structures, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders
Implement and optimize integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS)
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Master Data Governance (MDG)

Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for Finance master data objects (G/L accounts, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, WBS elements)
Configure MDG workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
Establish data quality frameworks and governance policies
Lead data migration and consolidation activities
Implement MDG integration with SAP and non-SAP systems

Business Process Optimization

Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
Lead process harmonization and standardization initiatives across the organization

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO and MDG best practices
Manage relationships with SAP and third-party vendors

Project Leadership

Lead multiple concurrent SAP projects from planning through execution
Mentor junior consultants and team members
Prepare project documentation including blueprints, configuration guides, and test scripts
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules
3+ years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
Minimum 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations
