Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain Cognos dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and support business objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations Optimize Cognos performance and ensure scalability of dashboards for large datasets Develop and maintain SQL queries for data transformation, and Analytics processes Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure the availability and quality of data for reporting purposes Conduct thorough testing and validation of Cognos dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability of data visualizations Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding Cognos dashboards and related data issues Stay updated with the latest Cognos features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve reporting solutions Solid RDBMS experience and data modelling and advanced querying skills. Good to have other BI tool knowledge like Tableau and BI migration experience from Source BI tool to Tableau Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and Documentation.
