Role Overview:

Cloud & Generative AI Capability Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud and AI strategy

  across the organization.

• Build and manage a technical team

  delivering cloud and AI-based solutions.

• Participate in presales activities

  – client discussions, solution design, demos, and proposal preparation.
• Design and implement

  scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Lead

  Generative AI use cases

  using LLMs, APIs, and AI tools to solve business problems.
• Work with

  sales and business teams

  to create solutions that meet client needs.
• Stay updated on

  latest cloud and AI trends

  and apply them to business use cases.
• Ensure

  best practices in cloud security and AI governance

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience

  in cloud and AI roles, at

  leadership levels above Architect

  .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  and

  AI/ML frameworks

  .

• Must have experience in presales activities

  , including

  client demos, workshops, and proposals

  .
• Good exposure to

  client-facing discussions

  and understanding of business requirements.

• Excellent communication skills

  to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in

  leading teams and managing technology delivery

  .
