Job Description

As a Senior Client Servicing executive in digital marketing, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Client & Key Account Management** - Own and manage key client accounts, being the primary senior contact. - Build and nurture trust-based client relationships to ensure 100% retention. - Recommend proactive strategic initiatives based on understanding client industries. - Anticipate client needs for seamless service delivery. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities according to client requirements. - Regularly gather and document client feedback (monthly/quarterly). - Drive client satisfaction through timely delivery, accuracy, and value-added inputs. - **Revenue Focus** - Ensure timely collections and zero bad debts by coordinating with finance. - Contribute to agency growth by maintaining revenue streams from existing accounts. - **Strategic Planning & Brand Development** - Lead monthly and quarterly brand performance reviews and strategy meetings. - Collaborate with executives to co-create brand strategies, including campaign ideas and plans. - Develop brand documents, marcom strategies (SMM, SEO, profiling), and long-term marketing calendars. - Research industry trends, festivals, and content pegs for campaign opportunities. - Present growth strategies and insights to clients using structured decks. - **Project Oversight & Internal Coordination** - Clearly brief internal teams on objectives, timelines, and expectations. - Track deliverables across creative, tech, and media teams for timely execution. - Maintain trackers, dashboards, project folders, and meeting notes. **Requirements** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 4-7 years of experience in client servicing, brand management, or account management. - Strong leadership and communication skills with a background in supervising and mentoring teams. - Proven ability to handle key accounts and client escalations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign planning. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.,
