Job Description

As a Planning and Scheduling Consultant, your role involves checking lock and key activity and managing consultants/sub-contractors effectively. You will be responsible for updating details on software regularly and maintaining a detailed bar chart from the start date to the end date. Your tasks will include labor and machinery planning on an hourly basis, along with managing budgets and machinery efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Update details on software regularly - Maintain a detailed bar chart for all activities - Plan labor and machinery requirements on an hourly basis - Manage budgets effectively - Monitor machinery management on an hourly basis and track distances covered - Check activities for center line, plum, level, shuttering & reinforcement, concrete, brickwork, and finishing - Coordinate with various consultants such as Architects, R.C.C designers, and 3D Planners - Ensure quality management through assurance, planning, control, and improvement - Conduct cube testing, slump cone testing, material testing, and physical testing - Assist in the RERA certification process by coordinating with accountants and RERA consultants - Ensure work is completed as per the bar chart with not more than a 2% variance Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of total work experience - Full-time availability - Work location: In person Additional Company Details: - Health insurance benefits provided Note: This job role entails meticulous planning, effective coordination, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
