As an IT professional at Motorola Solutions, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing technical business system requirements for new system projects or modifications to existing systems. You will conduct feasibility and needs analysis, explore alternative solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert in content, processes, and procedures. Additionally, you will develop high-level implementation plans. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage all aspects of ERP transformation initiatives, from project initiation to deployment and ongoing support. - Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. - Manage program budget, resources, and risks across multiple projects. - Oversee communication and stakeholder engagement for the entire ERP program. - Mentor a team of IT professionals, including analysts, developers, and system administrators. - Integrate the core ERP system with downstream applications and systems. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful system adoption. - Conduct gap analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and implement data migration strategies. - Lead system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. - Stay updated on ERP trends and technologies and recommend system enhancements. - Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and consultants involved in the ERP project. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 10-15 years of experience. - Proven experience with a leading ERP system and knowledge of core functionality and configuration options. - Strong understanding of system integration principles and practices. - Experience in managing multiple teams with diverse skill sets. - Excellent project management skills, including agile methodologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure. **Basic Requirements:** - Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience leading and managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.
