Job Description

Job Purpose : As a BA-QA in SECoE team, access requirements, prepare vendor proposal, high level business flow, create/review FSD/User Stories (Agile projects), Proto and other project artifacts, track project deliverables, review project artifacts, Manage escalation in case of any deviation and schedule to ensure a timely release to client as per their expectation. Ensure the project adheres to entire software testing life cycle, review test plan, test scenarios and test results to ensure a high-quality release to the client. Manage and track escalation. Provide L3 onward support to production support teams. Job Responsibility : Must have experience in software requirement analysis and testing (including front end & backend) in banking/financial domain. Functional and technical knowledge in banking domain preferably in Payments, Prepaid Cards, Wallet area Tools for analysis & testing Knowledge and working experience of software development life cycle. Functional flow/data flow preparation Knowledge of API, Frontend & backend testing Project Management, tracking skills UAT, Production support Effort and cost estimation, UAT environment and Infra setup and management Team Building, management ITPP/CMMI/ISO process knowledge preferred. Good to have - Robotic Test automation using UiPath or any other tool Exposure to Performance testing Java/Python programming background DevSecOps integration and implementation GEN AI Awareness/trained Key Skills : Agile Project Management TDD, BDD JIRA Confluence
