Job Description

Senior BI Analyst

BI Specialist with 4+ years

Key Responsibilities

Understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to contextualize data.
Build insightful dashboards using
Power BI and other BI tools.
Develop and optimize data models using
DAX for complex calculations.
Transform and load data using
Power Query and M language.
Design secure
Power BI solutions with row-level security (RLS).
Integrate BI solutions with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Lake).
Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Promote a culture of learning and merit within the analytics team.

Required Skills

4+ years in BI roles
with strong problem-solving and ownership.
Expertise in Power BI (mandatory), Excel, SQL, Python; R is a plus.
Proficient in data wrangling, cleansing, and enrichment.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with ML/statistical techniques is a bonus.
