Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sr. BDA (Edtech Sales). The Sr. BDA will manage daily tasks involving communication with potential students, customer service, and sales. Responsibilities include training sales staff, managing sales cycles, and fostering relationships with educational institutions and potential clients.

Qualifications

Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales and Sales Management experience
Ability to train and mentor sales teams
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the edtech sector is a plus
