All about the role:

We are looking for a Senior C# .NET Backend Engineer to join our team. You will take ownership of key backend initiatives, contribute to platform architecture, and help shape the foundation of our digital produc ts. Yo u ll work closely with engineers and product managers to build scalable, performant, and maintainable applications using modern Microsoft technologies.

What You ll Do:

Drive backend excellence : Lead the implementation of complex features and enhancements across our .NET-based platforms.

Collaborate across teams : Partner with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing services.

Shape technical direction : Contribute to backend architecture and influence decisions on scalability, cloud integration, and maintainability.

Mentor and support peers : Provide thoughtful code reviews, share expertise , and help foster a strong engineering culture.

What We re Looking For:

7+ years of backend development experience , with a strong track record of shipping high-quality, scalable applications.

Expert-level proficiency in C# .NET (Core or Framework), ASP.NET MVC , REST API , and related tooling .

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Experience working with Headless CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS ), including data modeling and integration.

Experience with React JS is a plus.

A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in English and attention to detail.
