Sr. Automation Tester

You will be responsible for reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios. Collaborating with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies, create test plans, and test cases. You will need to develop and execute both automated and manual test cases and test scripts. Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability will also be part of your role. Reporting bugs and errors to the development teams and helping troubleshoot issues are important tasks. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. You must have at least 8 years of experience in QA Testing, 5 years in test automation, and 3 years in manual testing. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of experience in Data Testing and experience testing in an Azure environment. The requirements for this role include proficiency in Java/Selenium, Junit/Test NG testing framework for the Java programming languages, Maven for building and managing Java-based projects, and concepts like XML Beans in the Spring Framework. You should be familiar with Azure Pipeline, Github, and Jenkins. Experience with medical claims segments and transactions is preferred, as well as prior experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry. You must have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role, up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies, familiarity with Agile frameworks, and the ability to come up with test strategies and write test cases. Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors, working knowledge of test management software, and industry experience with a Healthcare Insurance company are also required for this position.,
