Sr Associate Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for QA (Manual & Automation), Software Development, and AI/ML roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles including:
• QA – Manual Testing
• QA – Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Software Development (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
• AI/ML and Data Science roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Manage job postings across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment (preferably in IT services or product-based companies).
• Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminologies.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Prior experience hiring for AI/ML or niche tech roles is a plus.
