This role is business-focused, supporting the business to drive MDM adoption, ensure high-quality master data, and enable seamless data consumption across global affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take primary ownership of delivering high-quality Reltio MDM projects by driving self and team efforts across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Support the Project or Program Lead in managing delivery activities, including task planning, risk mitigation, people management, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across geographies to drive consistent communication, task alignment, and delivery quality.
- Lead and monitor task allocation and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and accurate status reporting
- Support and enable effective communication across global teams, ensuring alignment between affiliates, business users, and technical teams.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and a drive for innovation by adopting emerging technologies, enhancing solution design, and encouraging the same within the team.
- Make timely and effective decisions on solution approaches, technical problem-solving, and implementation planning by maintaining a clear view of project goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor s or master s degree in business administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 4-6 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in MDM or data management roles, preferably with exposure to Reltio MDM.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, business rules, and governance frameworks; ability to interpret how these apply across data domains (e.g., HCP, HCO, Product, Affiliate).
- Proven ability to work across multiple global stakeholders, coordinate with affiliates, and ensure data alignment and adoption.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or data integration concepts is a plus (not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, structured, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
