Sr Associate - Legal

As a Senior Associate - Legal at Darwinbox in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in managing the Legal Document Repository and overseeing the Company's commercial contracting purposes. Your responsibilities will include managing and updating the legal contracts repository, drafting and reviewing various contracts such as Customer contracts, vendor contracts, partner contracts, NDAs, and Data Protection Agreements. You will also be responsible for holding calls with internal stakeholders and customer SPOCs to ensure smooth contract execution. You will be tasked with overseeing contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations as well as Information and Privacy Compliance across different regions including India, SEA, MEA, and other international areas where the business operates. Collaborating with stakeholders and account owners/departments to ensure timely closure of contracts with Customers and Vendors will be a key part of your role. In this position, you will conduct research and evaluate different risk factors related to business decisions and operations. Effective communication and negotiation skills will be essential as you engage with external parties such as Customers and Vendors on contractual clauses. To excel in this role, you should have a reasonable hold on drafting and reviewing contracts, a strong willingness to learn and explore new areas, a high degree of professional ethics and integrity, and outstanding communication skills.
