Overview
The Workforce Management Support Analyst is responsible for optimizing workforce operations by analyzing data, actioning anomalies in the data, and providing suggestions for process improvement. This role safeguards information, evaluates existing procedures, and identifies new areas of risk. The analyst uses discipline-specific expertise to achieve goals, often providing guidance as a project manager or consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Process Improvement: Implements and identifies improvements to workforce management processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develops and maintains workforce management reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyzes workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintains relationships with partners to manage the effectiveness of workforce management processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on workforce objectives.
- Risk Mitigation: Mitigates risks related to conversions and manages change request data for accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Solves problems in straightforward situations and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
- Compliance: Works within established guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Process Documentation: Participates in the documentation of standard operating procedures and process improvements.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of web application and AI tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), and familiarity with workforce management software/tools (e.g., Verint, NICE, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- College or university degree in Business, Analytics, Information Security, or a related field.
- Relevant proven work experience in workforce management, data analysis, or information security (preferably in a high-volume environment).
