Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

Participates in the day-to-day maintenance of Customer Master Data, including entry, review, and related activities, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and quality
Follows the procedures permit business objectives to be met and to be compliant to (regional) Government and Momentive regulations.
Generate and deliver both routine and ad-hoc reports to support business requirements.
Collaborate with senior team members to address and resolve any data discrepancies or issue
Participate in process training, documentation updates, and improvement initiatives as guided.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Degree

1-2 years SAP functional knowledge required i.e., SD module. Prefer worked in Customer Master Data or Customer Service.
Basic knowledge with business systems and computers like knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access (MS Office)
Experience in SAP Data Management in a manufacturing / service environment
