Role & responsibilities * Preparation of Capacity planning for (N+3 month) across plant and ensure action taken *Ensure Safety stock as per norms for zero delivery failure * Planning of child part requirements (I/H, B/O and Imported) * Ensure planning through MPS & MRP * Production planning as per Cust plan * Analysis and C 'measure implementation for Inventory more than Norms (FG/RM/Child parts-Domestic and Imported) * Ensure Premium Freight cost control & Drive initiatives for Material Flow Optimization across plant (KANBAN, VSM etc.) * Inventory variance control ( SAP vs Actual) & ECN/PCN management * Ensure Supplier part procurement on time & Ensure Safety stock as per norms for Y and Z parts * Ensure timely release of schedules to the respective Supplier * Ensure compliance on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (Eg IATF/ISO14001/45001, Customer Audit, EHS etc.) * Ensure correct master data in SAP
