As a Sr. Architect at our company located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects with a keen focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed plans to bring creative visions to life. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions. - Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Conduct thorough site visits to verify compliance with design and safety standards. - Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for necessary approvals. - Ensure strict adherence to building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is a must. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools. - Good understanding of construction processes and materials. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices would be advantageous.
