Sr. Analyst- SAP FICO

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the design, build, solutioning, troubleshooting, and Hands-On configuration as per the Global design for LSCO, with a focus on E-invoicing and related compliance. Your role will involve enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the design within the framework of the Global design for LSCO. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects according to scope, benefits, and timeline. Additionally, you will work with third-party service providers throughout project phases and participate in business process design discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand technical/functional requirements and translate them to business stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope - Work with third-party service providers throughout project phases - Participate in business process design discussions and functional IT conversations - Develop business process documentation - Design reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and user authorizations - Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing - Identify and document issues/errors and drive successful resolution - Support data conversion activities and assist in formal and informal change management - Develop training materials and lead live training sessions if required - Provide support during implementation stabilization periods Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance; advanced degree preferred - Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional work experience in SAP ECC/S4HANA systems in FICO objects - Expert level ABAP skills with hands-on experience - Proficiency in FICO modules with basic knowledge of CO modules - Certification in S4 preferred - Experience in retail space or understanding of the retail industry is advantageous - Application software skills including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word - Language proficiency in English - Experience with reporting/dashboard tools is preferred - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities - Flexibility to work collaboratively with team members in different time zones/countries Additional Details: The location for this position is in Bengaluru, India.
