Sr. Analyst- SAP FICO

You will be responsible for designing, building, troubleshooting, and analyzing solutions for E-invoicing and related compliance within the Global design framework for LSCO. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, third-party service providers, and business stakeholders to deliver projects within scope and timeline. You will participate in business process design discussions, develop documentation, and lead workshops to validate business processes and solutions. As part of your responsibilities, you will design reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and user authorizations, including preparing functional specification documents. You will also participate in system testing phases, identify and resolve issues, support data conversion activities, and assist in change management and training activities. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance, with advanced degrees preferred. You should have expert-level experience in ABAP programming, specifically in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems, along with a basic understanding of FICO concepts. Certification in S4 is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of professional work experience in implementing FICO modules in SAP ECC/S4, preferably in a retail space. Experience with application software skills, language proficiency in English, and familiarity with reporting tools like BI HANA and Tableau are desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for this role. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn organizational processes, and adapt to changes. A team player with the ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive for solutions under time constraints will excel in this position. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, and requires full-time commitment.
