Sr Analyst-Investment Compliance

As a member of the clients" portfolio compliance team, specifically the Guideline Oversight Team within the Risk organization, your main responsibility will involve conducting post-trade reviews of trades based on client-mandated investment guidelines. These guidelines cover various portfolio constraints such as portfolio diversification, allowable investment types, ESG guidelines, restricted issuer lists, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing a workflow tool and accessing order management systems (Aladdin) to administer daily post-trade compliance tasks - Collaborating with onshore team members to review and address alerts, communicate with Portfolio Managers, and other stakeholders - Coordinating with various departments including Legal & Compliance, Operations, Technology, Relationship Managers, Operational Risk, and Client Service on investment guideline compliance matters - Engaging in ad-hoc projects related to portfolio compliance and guideline oversight as needed To excel in this role, you must have the following qualifications: - Understanding of order management systems, preferably Aladdin, from a guideline oversight perspective - Ability to quickly comprehend and interpret different compliance rules - Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel - General knowledge of investment instruments across asset classes, derivatives, and portfolio investment terminology like notional exposure and leverage - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Experience range of 2-5 years - MBA or equivalent education,
