Sr. Analyst

As an Analyst based in our Finance Shared Service Centre located in Hyderabad, India, your primary responsibility will be to deliver business intelligence services to Celonis. You should be proficient in designing, building, and developing Celonis Process Mining with Celonis. This role will report to the AVP Operations and CI Lead. Your key responsibilities will include developing data model codes for back-end data models using PQL/SQL, creating front-end user interface dashboards, views, analyses, KPIs, reports, and process rules. You will also be tasked with designing and configuring Celonis applications from a functional perspective, analyzing source data to identify inconsistencies, and recommending process improvements based on SAP standards. Driving automation through Action Flows and Tasks, as well as transforming data, will be integral parts of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in designing, building, and developing Celonis Process Mining with Celonis. You must be able to code PQL scripts for data modeling, design front-end views, analyses, and KPIs. Expertise in data extraction methodologies and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical details for Celonis deployment are essential. Additionally, you should be skilled in creating customized SQL scripts to transform, create, and capture necessary fields from source systems to accurately map out processes. Full lifecycle deployment experience as an application developer, proficiency in SAP and Snowflex, and the ability to handle large source data and perform predictive modeling will be advantageous. Strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different countries, centers, and time zones are also crucial for success in this role.
