Sr. Analyst, IBP and Supply Chain Tech Operations

As a Senior Operations Engineer at PepsiCo, you will be part of the Sustain & Operations team within the Digital Products and Application organization. Your role involves delivering and sustaining digital products to accelerate PepsiCo's digital transformation. Your focus will be on driving adoption and operational excellence of digital products to ensure an optimal end-user experience through timely incident resolution and application uptime. This position caters to the Europe market and is based in Gurugram and Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing a variety of technical procedures - Conducting initial diagnosis and triage of issues - Collaborating with product owners to ensure proper documentation and procedures are in place - Handling advanced troubleshooting and resolving root causes of problems - Expanding product functionality - Improving automation and tooling - Enhancing logging and monitoring for error detection - Understanding customer interactions with systems - Providing code reviews for peers You are expected to: - Advise on the best approach for segmenting SE work - Create AMS governance strategies - Analyze application usage and incident rates - Recommend contract revisions for cost reduction - Provide concise information to leadership - Collaborate on SE procedures - Ensure the quality and adherence of managed service providers to contract SLAs To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 8 years of experience as an Operations Engineer in the Supply Chain/IBP areas - Hands-on experience in O9 platform or IBP platforms - Proficiency in software languages and design patterns - Ability to refactor code for modularity and scalability - Expertise in getting efficiency from compute resources - Skills in coaching engineers and evaluating candidate skills In addition to technical qualifications, competencies in driving for results, decision making, collaborating, communicating and influencing, and motivating and inspiring others are essential. Strong knowledge and skills in ServiceNow, O9, supply chain concepts, and FMCG background will be beneficial for this role.,
