Sr Analyst HRIS

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst HRIS at Carelon Global Solutions (CGS), you will play a crucial role in optimizing Workday Reporting Module to support business needs. You will act as a liaison between HR, HRIS, Technical, and business teams, ensuring the development and maintenance of Workday reports and dashboards. Your proactive approach and expertise in Workday reporting tools will be essential in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain various types of Workday custom reports such as Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define report specifications, and ensure data accuracy - Support the development of analytics datasets and reports using Prism - Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability - Consult with business partners on system reports and technology implementations or integrations - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements - Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices - Partner with functional teams to support reporting needs during system upgrades, implementations, or module rollouts - Maintain documentation for report inventories and processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Workday Certified (an added advantage) Experience: - Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools Skills and Competencies: - Strong understanding of Workday Data model and business objects - Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project - Familiarity with BIRT reporting - Strong consulting skills with the ability to manage customer expectations - Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in analytics and reporting tools - Excellent communication skills suitable for functional and management audiences - Knowledge of HRIS, Program Management tools, and MS Office About the Company: Elevance Health is a leading health company dedicated to improving lives and communities, while Carelon Global Solutions (CGS) is a healthcare solutions company simplifying operational processes to enhance the health of the healthcare system.
