Sr. Analyst, Global Data Management

As an Analyst in Global Data Management at Colgate-Palmolive, your role involves supporting business functions by providing master data expertise and managing master data governance and maintenance processes. You will collaborate with the Global GDM Team on projects and issue resolutions, aiming to enhance operational and business efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Validating and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and approval of all master data throughout its lifecycle - Monitoring data processes for compliance with cycle times, performance measures, and KPIs - Analyzing data within systems to support business functions - Resolving issues and generating data quality reports - Planning and executing data cleansing initiatives - Participating in projects and audits related to data management - Developing and maintaining documentation related to Data Management Key Relationships: - End-users of GDM solutions - Business functions representatives - Global GDM Domain Leaders and regional team members - Other stakeholders involved in master data governance Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree minimum - Experience with Master Data Tool/Technology - Working knowledge of Machine Learning/Automation tools - SAP or other ERP tool knowledge - 2+ years of work experience - Proficiency in Reporting and/or Budgeting Good to Have: - Working knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Google App scripts - Experience with third-party data such as syndicated market data - Understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry - Good facilitation and project management skills Colgate-Palmolive is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every individual can be their authentic self and contribute meaningfully to the business.
