As a full-time Sr. Aluminium Formwork Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to manage and supervise the daily operations of formwork activities at our Mumbai site. Your role will entail ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all operations. You will be tasked with overseeing the utilization of power tools, formwork, flatwork, and heavy equipment. Furthermore, effective coordination with carpentry teams and meticulous attention to meeting project deadlines and specifications will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a solid background in working with Power Tools and Heavy Equipment, coupled with expertise in Formwork and Flatwork. Proficiency in Carpentry, coupled with strong leadership and team management skills, will be essential in fulfilling your duties effectively. Your excellent planning and organizational abilities, combined with a comprehensive understanding of safety and quality standards within the construction domain, will be instrumental in your success. While a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is desirable for this role, holding relevant certifications in formwork and construction management will be advantageous.
