Sr. AI ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for building and deploying GenAI Models using techniques such as RAG and Fine Tuning. Your role will involve developing AI/ML algorithms to analyze large volumes of historical data, enabling predictions and recommendations. Additionally, you will implement and optimize deep learning models for generative tasks like image synthesis and voice synthesis. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with software engineers to integrate Generative AI models into production systems - Evaluate application cases and problem-solving potential of AI/ML algorithms, ranking them based on success likelihood - Comprehend data through exploration and visualization, identifying discrepancies in data distribution - Work on both structured and unstructured data - Develop algorithms based on statistical modeling procedures and maintain scalable machine learning solutions in production - Leverage cloud platforms for training and deploying large-scale solutions (AWS Preferred) - Manage ModelOps framework effectively - Understand CI/CD processes in product deployment and utilize them in delivery - Collaborate with data engineers to build data and model pipelines, ensuring accuracy - Take complete ownership of the assigned project - Have experience working in Agile environments - Proficient in JIRA or equivalent project tracking tools Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in developing AI/ML algorithms and deploying models - Proficiency in deep learning techniques and frameworks - Knowledge of cloud platforms for training and deploying solutions, preferably AWS - Familiarity with ModelOps framework - Understanding of CI/CD processes for product deployment - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Experience with Agile methodologies We look forward to welcoming a skilled AI/ML Engineer like you to our team!,
