Sr. Agent, Air Operations

As a Senior Agent at FedEx Logistics, your role is to support Operations and lead closely on a joint express/forwarding cargo movement initiative. This forwarding role requires experience in both warehouse and operation back office environments. Your responsibilities will evolve to include additional air operations beyond the initial joint express/forwarding initiative. Key Responsibilities: - Rotate duties between forwarding office and CFS - Supervise cargo unloading, dimension measurements, and scanning at CFS - Verify load plans against freight received and make necessary adjustments - Ensure timely receipt of shipment details at forwarding office - Assist in compiling KPI measurements and reports - Ensure operation milestones are met from shipment acceptance to actual departure - Overnight duties may be required Qualifications Required: - Experience in warehouse and operation back office environments - Strong communication skills for coordination between express and forwarding operation teams - Ability to handle air operations responsibilities - Proficient in compiling KPI measurements and reports About FedEx Logistics: FedEx Logistics provides e-Commerce, freight forwarding, import and export services globally.
