As a PPM Solution Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PPM solutions that support Solstice Advanced Materials organic growth through RDE projects and portfolio management. You will identify RDE project management challenges and work with stakeholders to tailor solutions that address needs to improve project & finance management and market performance to drive organic growth. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery across the organization, ensuring that resources are utilized optimally and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and implementation of project portfolio management solutions to optimize project execution.
• Facilitated PI Planning sessions and managed Agile Release Trains (ARTs), coordinating teams to deliver value to stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders by facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions to identify business requirements and interpret these into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders, presenting technical issues to non-technical audiences as required.
• Participate in strategic processes related to potential NPI project management opportunities as a solutions expert.
• Implement Agile Scrum practices to support cross-functional team project execution at multiple locations, in collaboration with internal resources and external vendors.
• Conduct adaptive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement initiative.
• Drive the transformation of RDE project and portfolio management solution from legacy PPM solution (Wellspring Sopheon Accolade) to Planisware PPM.
  

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years experience delivering various PPM tool solutions and managing project scope, planning, schedule, budget and resources to ensure on-time delivery
• Minimum 4 yrs of experience with PPM tools - Accolade and Planisware
• Solid knowledge of PPM fundamentals and best practices
• Strategic mindset with ability to align technology like Agentic AI and business goals
