Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Field Supervisor with 7 to 9 years of experience, your role will involve overseeing various aspects of manufacturing operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely reporting through the preparation of MIS reports, resolving queries efficiently, maintaining control over balances, and managing financial statements for audits. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely Monthly reporting by preparing MIS reports. - Address and resolve all queries received through MRQ efficiently. - Maintain control over balances in CBS I and CBS II books. - Prepare financial statements for statutory audit and tax audit. - Manage and ensure timely completion of statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit. - Lead discussions with Auditors and resolve all pending points and observations. - Provide necessary information to the tax team for tax assessments. - Strengthen, improve processes, ensure compliance through training and monitoring. - Handle Asset Accounting, posting depreciation monthly. - Review the accuracy of accounting entries, monitor the expense General Ledger (GL) accordingly. - Ensure bookings, classifications, variances align with group standards. - Review important journal entries, reconciliations, and similar items. Qualifications: - BCom with MBA finance and 7-9 years of experience in Accounts.
