Sr. Accounts Assistant

Job Description: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating day-to-day accounting transactions using accounting software (Tally ERP). Your key responsibilities will include managing billing and invoicing for lab services, tests, and consultations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, handling cash flow management and petty cash accounts, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring bank transactions. Additionally, you will assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, Income Tax, etc.), support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
