Sr. Account Executive

As a Senior Accountant at Booster Paris, a prominent player in the seeds industry, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your role will involve managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial statements, coordinating with auditors, monitoring cash flow, and providing valuable financial insights to the management team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing journal entries, ledger updates, and reconciliations - Analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements - Coordinating with auditors and managing audit processes - Monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting - Generating MIS reports and supporting management with financial insights - Supervising junior accounting staff and ensuring adherence to deadlines To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Commerce graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software - Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in agri-business, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors is a plus - Good communication and team collaboration skills Joining Booster Paris will offer you the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization in the agri-inputs sector and work in a professional and collaborative environment.
